Once your order has been placed, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During promotional or holiday periods please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping & Handling
Our Fulfilment Centre is working to pick, pack and fulfil your sunshine essentials as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking information which will be shared with you within 3 business days.
Please note that all deliveries from SUNNYLiFE are made via FedEx, DHL & USPS. As these are 3rd party businesses, SUNNYLiFE cannot be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak time
Our online store offers shipping at two rates to the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $149 will incur a Standard Delivery Fee of $10. Orders $149+ will receive Free Delivery. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery (or up to 21 business days for Hawaii and Alaska). Free Shipping is calculated on the value of your cart after all discounts are applied.
If your order is returned to us, we are more than happy to re-send your order out to you. This will incur a $10 fee for standard delivery. Should you choose not to have your order resent, we will process a refund for you less the shipping cost paid.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
Standard delivery to these states is based on the weight of the order and the shipping fee starts from just $15.
LARGE ITEM FEE
A selection of Large Item Styles are available for delivery to addresses within selected regions of the United States will incur a Large Item Shipping And Handling Fee of $10. The styles which will incur this fee are our Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Lounger, Poolside Lounge, Picnic Baskets, Cooler Box Sounds and Cabanas.
LARGE ITEM DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS
Selected styles are unable to be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. These styles include Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Lounger, Poolside Lounge, Picnic Baskets, Cooler Box Sounds and Cabanas.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently only shipping within the United States.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
